I tend to listen to...You are not alone, my friend. I tend to listen to other people so I don't focus on my own problems. But they DO make you physically sick. Right after we moved back to GA and my husband deployed and I was just stressed and upset all the time, I got pneumonia. Coincidence? I don't think so! The hardest person to take care of is yourself, but it should always be a priority...an no, I don't think it's selfish, I think it's self-preservation. Then we would have a refreshed energy to focus on others once again. Just recharge the batteries every now and then!
